St. Louis' Mardi Gras celebration is surely one you don't want to miss! Started in the early 1980s by bored, drunk patrons of Hilary's bar in the Soulard neighborhood, has grown in size and scale over the years. What started as a private party now includes more than 80 Krewes with decorated floats providing colorful entertainment to parade goers!
