Most of our costumes (except special orders) are backed by our “No Hassle” return guarantee, and are returnable within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returned merchandise must be returned within 21 days of delivery date. Refunds are given for the purchase price only and not for any shipping and handling charges. Merchandise will only be accepted for refund if returned merchandise is in new condition, and in the complete original packaging. If any return is missing items, without the original packaging, or has been worn and/or soiled, no refund will be given. Please note the following items are not returnable:
